Hattusa Restaurant looks at Turkey beyond Turkish and Ottoman roots, reveals Anatolian cookery and its retired instruments. It enriches its story with Hittites, the forgotten pre-historic Anatolian civilization that owns the first international treaty, Treaty of Kadesh, and the first the first city on earth, Hattusa.

The restaurant layout well embedded to this about 100 years old town house, which had served for several purposes, and the building`s symmetrical setting on the elevation is also reflected into the interior.
